Tomato Basil Mediterranean Dip

1 (15oz) can white beans, drained, rinsed and mashed

1 lemon, juiced

1 Tbs Halladay's Garlic Tomato Basil Seasoning

4 tsp tahini

Combine all ingredients. Thin with water, if needed.

1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth; stir in cheese, if desired.

1/4 cup olive oil

Squeeze of lemon

2 Tbsp. Halladay's Italian Dipping Oil Blend

Mash beans and combine with other ingredients. Let chill at least 2 hours before serving.

1 (15 oz.) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup olive oil

Squeeze of lemon

2 tsp. Halladay's Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Seasoning

2 Tbsp. feta or Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

6 black olives, diced (optional)

Mash beans and combine with remaining ingredients. Let sit for a couple of hours to let flavors develop. Great with fresh veggies or pita chips.

White Bean Turkey Chili

White Bean Turkey Chili

1 small onion, chopped

1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey

1 (14.5 oz.) can crushed tomatoes

2 (15 oz.) can cannellini or white kidney beans, rinsed

1 cup dark beer, optional

1 package Halladay's Farmhouse Chili Seasoning

In a large pot, saute onion until soft, about 3-5 minutes. Add turkey and brown. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes or until flavors are well blended.
